You are always welcome to walk-in, however, to ensure you receive the treatments that you want, when you want it, we suggest booking an appointment by phone or through our app on your phone. You will receive a text message confirming your appointment with New You Med Spa. A credit card is required to book your reservation. If you are unable to keep your appointment, a 24 hour notification is required to avoid cancellation/no-show charges.
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment to complete important paperwork. Arrive early. Don't cheat yourself out of your relaxation time.
A Twenty-four hour (24) notification is required for all canceled or changed appointments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee. A credit card is required to book your reservation. If you are unable to keep your appointment, a 24 hour notification is required to avoid cancellation/no-show charges.
Arriving late limits the time for your treatment. Remember that your treatment will begin & end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. You will be charged the full fee for the appointment if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time. A credit card is required to book your reservation. Please notify the spa receptionist at the time you are making your appointments and your therapist at the beginning of your treatment. You will be informed if treatments are not recommended. Consultations are free and you may also request a mini phone consult to discuss any concerns.
Your physician can best advise you on which treatments are safe. We will need a note from your OBGYN regarding what treatments you are allowed to have.
Shaving at least the day (and up to 2 hours) before your appointment is recommended. If you choose to keep your facial hair, your treatment will only cover smooth skin areas on your face.
Please honor our environment of peace, tranquility, and relaxation. The use of cell phones, cameras, and electronic devices is not permitted in the spa during treatments. Your treatment will begin & end on time.
Treatment and package prices do not include gratuity. If your service provider met/exceeded your expectations, please let them know by leaving a cash gratuity. Gift cards is only valid for one year from the date of purchase. We will not honor any appointment and or changes for any services and purchase of product. After one year from purchase date, all gift cards will be invalid with our spa and school no exceptions!
We carry a full array of professional spa products so you can duplicate the benefits at home.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian during one-on-one Spa Services.
